CartReactor AI provides AI-powered abandoned cart recovery services for e-commerce stores. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. App fees are billed separately through your e-commerce platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

CartReactor AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
